Wynn Las Vegas to reopen buffet by serving directly at tables

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Wynn Las Vegas says it will reopen its buffet this week to serve diners directly at their tables.

The casino-resort says the buffet will reopen on Thursday, June 18, making it the first buffet to reopen on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to a Wynn spokesperson, diners will order their selection from a menu, and "well-portioned versions" will be delivered to the table.

Diners can have the option to reorder as many times as they want within a two-hour period, Wynn says.

Reservations are not required. Diners will pay at the end of the meal to expedite entry, according to the resort. Single-use and downloadable menus are available to reduce touchpoints.

Buffets at Las Vegas hotel-casinos have remained close while the properties reopen this month due to concerns about COVID-19.
