I think you’re right you need to shake it up a little once in a while when you plateau

Down almost 50 lbs since end of June. 20 more to go to hit my goal! Hope to be there by Jan 1st!

I made some early/quick progress with keto and then life happened and I went straight off the rails, wiping out all my progress. I'm giving it another go now. *fingers crossed* that I can get through an AC trip next week, Thanksgiving, parties, and Christmas without too much damage.
