    You can grind up pork rinds for chicken breading. Zero carbs and use the air fryer for getting them crispy. I like the salt and vinegar ones. For diabetes, gotta watch the sodium though.

    I haven’t dabbled in the low carb bread yet! But I’m branching out. Stopped for a Hardee’s burger no bun yesterday and had McDonald’s burger today for 1st time, no bread. Going a bit dirty keto, but did drop 3lbs this weekend even with all the alcohol I had.

    Making Keto sausage ravioli tonight. It uses mozzarella cheese as the ravioli shell. Hopefully I don't burn the cheese!
