some gold places next door to soggy dollar as well with good food so looking forward to it!

yeah train ride we were gonna do last time but this time doing it for sure.

anyone have any ideas for a short san Juan stop?

get in at 3 pm and leave 10 pm.?

prob go see umbrella alley and not sure what else to do
When we cruised the Caribbean we always left from San Juan so would stay 2 days before. There are 3 different forts that are interesting. You'll dock by Old San Juan. The town itself is interesting to walk around. But we did enjoy walking around Puerta De San Juan. It's part of the walled city with the big red entry gate. Castillo San Felipe del Morro is a hike up the hill. On the weekends families gather and spend the day flying kites in front of the citadel. We truly enjoyed our stays in Old San Juan. Also there are a few old beautiful churches. I also love the blue brick streets.

Thanks for your post. It made me look up our pictures from that cruise. I can never post pics from pc only from phone otherwise I share a few. Great things to see! Can't wait for your TR!

so far planning to jost van dyke excursion to take a boat ride to soggy dollar bar

in st kitta gonna take the train around the island

    sail out of ft Lauderdale.

looking forward to the 7 night cruise been on a diet since 1st of year trying to cut down some weight had put on last year hoping to be down into 180s again by time we leave.

    Going mid Feb

drink packages have been insanely increased used to be 400 for unlimited
now same package is around 1100.

I ordered some "shampoo bottles" off Amazon to pack my own booze hhh
We have used these on many cruises with no issues

    https://www.rumrunnerflasks.com

But I like the shampoo bottle version too

We usually just buy the unlimited soda package on the boat for our mixer

So, $400+ for two for Diet Coke? Holy hell! I guess that's where they make their money.

hhh that is per person there buddy!

drinks free in casino via urcomp as well so yet another reason to not get a drink package will just pay if want one of those fancy pool drinks and then then drink own booze at night prob end up sneaking too much booze on to be honest lol

We are cruising the same week on NCL Prima! That sucks the drink package is so expensive, hopefully the food makes up for it! When in San Juan, we usually just walk to the fort and then find a good place for lunch. Everything is so close to the pier. We also visited Tortola once, and we did an amazing Lobster lunch and snorkel where they grilled the lobster on the beach. Hope you have an amazing cruise and great weather!

Very nice that ship looks pretty damn good along with her other one that's coming out this year might have to try them out if opportunity allows

We just booked an 8 night cruise over Memorial Day out of Fort Lauderdale on the Equinox! My last cruise got us a sky suite, however they were all sold out but I could use that 9k towards a “celebrity suite”! I owe around 3k but that covers all taxes, tips and we also get $800 onboard credit! We are super excited!! This 8 night itinerary will only cost 4 days off from work since it’s over Memorial Day!
