    No, Iowa has always allowed smoking in casinos. Illinois has the smoking ban.

    Those who are familiar with the property, the casino will be built where that huge courtyard is between the two hotel towers. Both ends of the casino will be connected to one of the two hotel towers, making it the largest hotel/casino complex in the State.

    That will be nice I thought they were going to build it east of the new tower this makes much more sense and I like it. jmo
