And I was just starting to grow fond of Showboat when they closed. I miss that 100 lions machine near the lobby and the great cocktail waitresses!

Cocktail service was always good in there! I don't think I ever had one time I left there ahead, but enjoyed the atmosphere. A big shame!
We liked the Showboat, but have now switched to Caesars.
We never played there but miss the Earl of Sandwich and visited the diamond lounge a couple of times. Put that Showboat water bottle in a time capsule @CPT. No telling what it will be worth in 20 years.
