QB great to hear that you are still taking the pounds off. Those victories along the way such as fitting into smaller clothes etc. make it all worthwhile.

The first photo was back in 2012 at Coushatta. I was 212 lbs. The 2nd is a recent photo at my sister in law's wedding. Im now at 167lbs.
Eat lean food, cut out white carbs & Excercise regularly. It does wonders! This transformation didn't happen overnight either so be patient and results will come.
Good luck!

GREAT pictures Dewey! I would love to only weigh 212, I'm sitting at 262![]()
I have walked over 300 miles since December 12 (when I got my fit bit) and I am down - 1 LB. I also lift weights twice a week.. but I am obviously eating extra calories. I guess I am going to have to start tracking food.. UGH.. I DO NOT want to do that.
We have the same problem. We usually walk 3 to 4 miles every day. The better you feel the more you want to eat. Tracking the food will definitely help. My personal biggest issue I have is avoiding overeating in particular when on casino trips, at get togethers with families and friends, and going out to eat. If I was a stay at home hermit I would probably be as skinny as CPT. I have no willpower when tempted by fattening foods.
