Ok, this one is ugly but it worked. Threw some stuff on the mini-griddle and used them for hotdog buns. After my first bite, I had a revelation. Years ago we used to be able to get Dijon Hotdog buns, but they haven't been around in forever. I used to love those, and I don't even really like mustard. Next time I will add Dijon to the batter to replicate!
