    Harrahs offers question?

I just started getting offers from harrahs Biloxi from my play in April after not gambling there for years. It's showing online that I have $75 free play AND $70 feel rewards? What's the difference? Also, these offers are only showing up online, I haven't received anything in the mail. How do I go about redeeming these offers? I thought (years ago) that harrahs sent free play tickets in the Mail that you just stick into a slot machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Free play and reel rewards are the Same, it could be two offers. The reel rewards may require a stay and the FP may be just available. I normally get the mailer shortly after the offers show, in tunica you can just go to the cage and get the
FP.....if the reel rewards require a stay you need to book under that offer

A lot of the TR properties now have it where you swipe your card at the kiosk and it dispenses your vouchers. Others, like Vegas, we collect at the TR desk after checking in. I am not sure about Biloxi though.

Hope things are well with you and that the new job is going great!!!!

Hey LaceysDad! Nice to see you!

Although it's been a bit since we have been to Biloxi, it's always been our experience that mailers aren't necessary to redeem offers. We just go to the TR desk (aka the cash cage) and they will print them out. This includes free play, food comps, giveaways, etc. Nit sure of the difference between Reel Rewards & free play, but Reel Rewards are given in vouchers you insert in the machines like cash. And at that particular casino, you can cash out your reel rewards & play it on another machine. The TITO has something like "no cash value " printed on it.

I hope this makes sense! Let us know when you're going. One of these days we WILL meet!

    Harrahs offers question?

Like zeus said, Harrahs is trying to move to kiosks to print out vouchers instead of mailing them to you. I have found that it is hit or miss in Biloxi, hopefully they worked the bugs out, if not the kiosk is close to the TR desk so you can go to them if issues. But basically it is what you said, coupon that you stick in the machine with your players card. You can move from machine to machine, not required to play it all in the same one. Just be sure to push the cash out button twice. The first ticket will be anything you already won off FP, the second ticket is any remaining FP

I wish they would just upgrade their system so you can download freeplay to the machines like other casinos.

When we were there foamy just went up to the cashier in the back and they gave him a coupon to take to the machines. He didn't have to bring anything to get it.

Awesome. Thanks for the info guys and gals. Looks fine print doesn't say that I have to book a room to get these comps but it does say "blackout dates apply" but doesn't mention when those dates are?

Blackout dates on the freeplay? Maybe on the rooms? We have gone several times and didn't stay in the hotel due to being fully booked, but could use freeplay and even get giveaways & slot tourneys ( offers that were sent along with hotel stay).
