If you mean slot tournaments, with MLife properties, they send those to me via snail mail. CET sends the notifications via snail mail and email. Those are my only affiliations in Vegas, but I know other Jokers stay/play at Wynn, V/P and Cosmo, so I am sure they can chime in. With locals I would imagine that they would be listed on their website and/or Facebook pages.

Some casinos have daily tournaments that are open to all, usually you have to meet a minimum amount of play to qualify. Some tournaments require a buy-in and a lot of the casinos have invite only tournaments. If you check the website for a casino you are interested in going to the slot tournaments are usually advertised under the promotions link.

I'm a CET player, and I "opt in" for everything for emails, so I'm typically getting them by email, but I get snail mail as well.

If you want to play in a daily tournament where it's complimentary if you earn a certain amount of points that day check out Venetian/Palazzo, Wynn/Encore and The Cosmopolitan for detaiils on their dailys. With Cosmo and Venetian/Palazzo you play the touranment when you want as long as it's within their scheduled hourly range for it which is usually at last a 6 to 8 hour period.
