Meals Eating Now--Volume 1

It's slow cooker Porchetta time!

This is easily the best thing I make. It's amazing and so simple. The rub on it has rosemary, garlic, fennel seed, amongst other things. The rub makes the whole house smell amazing.

The most "difficult" part is searing the pork loin, which isn't even hard, only takes five minutes.


Then set in crockpot with white wine and chicken broth and in five-six hours, will be shredded goodness!

I'll post pics of the finished product later!

It's an alright sear; I've had better!

I couldn't find the exact type of pork loin that I wanted so this is a little bigger than what I normally make.

AHaha I love fish sticks! I usually get cod or haddock, but today, we have sticks and ore-ida, brings back my childhood!

The real question this week is if Gordon Fisherman is better than Mrs.Paul's fish sticks as you get almost double with her than the fisherman for the same price. As of right now, I think I'll stick with Mrs.Paul and her extra. The BBQ potato are amazing, total cafeteria food, but amazing!

I have to believe that Mrs. Paul is a grandmother and puts a little love in to each fish stick, so yeah, I would stick with her.

I can see I can't come look on this thread. I always have to run to kitchen look for food! My favorite was the bone in ribeye. My favorite cut of meat! YUM
