Windows 10 Update Sucks!!!

The latest update crashed my computer. I was finally able to reset it to factory and can now use it again, but I lost my apps and bookmarks! Thank goodness my pics and docs are updated on an external hard drive. But, it's still a pain in the ass to try and remember my favorites and have to log-in on each one again.

Agreed! The downloads occur automatically and there is nothing you can easily do to stop it. Then it may reboot your computer and put you in a long and usually ill-timed update and reboot sequence that can and DOES freeze up your computer. This is especially true if the computer was a Windows 7/8 upgrade. It took me over two years to finally learn about removing a wireless card slot from inside of my computer to allow an upgrade to stop freezing my computer at 81%. I spent hours online trying to self-diagnosis this ridiculous item and cannot believe it was the cause that windows never could get around.
