I realized I have been neglecting this thread! I have been plugging away with my Keto, but weight loss has slowed dramatically. I joined the Y to try to shake things up, but so far I haven’t been too consistent about going. I need to do better at that.
Mostly we eat the same stuff a lot which is why I haven’t posted much food porn, but I will do a little dump here now.
Pizza Casserole. I think Laurie posted the recipe earlier on this thread. It was delicious and is going in the rotation! Thanks Laurie!
Typical breakfast. That’s a whole little avocado from Aldi’s. They have packs of 6 for $3.49 and it works out much better than eating half a regular one (usually $1.49 or more here for one) and hoping the other half doesn’t get gross.
Ham steak and cauliflower ‘Mac’ and cheese.
Frank Liked this chicken but I was not Impressed. The cabbage was better.
Filet mignon with sautéed onion and Greek salad. One of my go to easy meals.
Egg loaf again. Love this!!
