    Gene just keep with it-it will come off in the next week or two. Likely a shift in fluid. Don't let it discourage you.

    I lost 1.5 lbs this week for a total of 91.5 lbs total. For me personally the BEST part is that when I began this journey I was morbidly obese, I moved into the "regular" obese category, and this last week has now put me into the overweight category. Next stop: Normal Weight! Hopefully I will hit that by the end of the year.

    No workouts for me this week. Hurt my knee really bad when I was a kid and it is acting up again. Hopefully I can get there tomorrow. Since I started my classes again, I have been a little stressed out. I'm going to start back on Weight watchers to help me stay on track. I know I eat horribly when I'm in school.     Stephanie, hope the knee is getting better! Great idea to have a plan for being in school. It's hard to be in school and eat properly and stress eating is the worst! Hope this next week goes great for you.
