Sharon and I both lost another 3 pounds last week and are all set to show our new body's off in Tahoe lol. We have lost about 40 pounds each since the first of the year.

She dropped 3 dress sizes and I have gone from a 42" waist to a 36".

Probably will gain 10 pounds in Tahoe next week because I can't wait to eat some carbs again, but then I'll go back on the Atkins.
