    So while I'm not doing a Keto diet I am trying to cut down on my carbs and sugars. So I made @CPT 's pizza casserole today. I need to freeze some or I'll be eating it forever. It wasn't bad. I layered the top with pepperoni (as seen on YouTube channels). If I were you I would stick with the bacon. The pepperoni made it very greasy. But otherwise it was good.

    I also enjoyed it with just the bacon Dawn!
    I shall admit though I plan to sin with a few slices of legit pizza on Friday as we are having a going away lunch for a coworker. I kept losing weight even after my little carb binge, so I doubt a few slices will hurt. I’m also about experimenting now since I’ve been to the doctor. Plan to continue though for sure otherwise!

    Saw this on Facebook, cheesy pickle chips! Mmm mmm. I did eat a slice of pizza today, it was good. I had no after effects and even came home and peed on my keto test strip. That honestly never moves! So either I have lethal pee or I’ve never been in ketosis and am just in a low carb lifestyle. Either way it works so I shall carry on!!

    I never put complete trust in those strips so don't be discouraged. But when mine have moved I do know I've been pretty strict at the time. That was many carbs ago
