CPT's Low Carb Diet Adventure..

After reading the ingredients label (upside down lol ) i can see why these Tortillas are so low in calories . i hope you like them ..ill stick with my HEB flour Torts . ive worked for years on my beer gut not ready to give it up yet .

Yeah calories they aren't horrible. There is probably around 17-18 carbs per tortilla in flour, which is where they get ya if you are going by carbs. I have a coworker who used to do carbs and now does calories and seems to be working for him. Whatever works!
