    You are all such inspirations. WTG, CeCe, CPT and Foamy.

    I made some early/quick progress with keto and then life happened and I went straight off the rails, wiping out all my progress. I'm giving it another go now. *fingers crossed* that I can get through an AC trip next week, Thanksgiving, parties, and Christmas without too much damage.
