Why the lack of eating establishments in Midwest casinos?

That is true, southerners will eat anything! When I see crawfish and grits on almost every menu down here it makes me want to gag!

There are some exceptions in Midwestern casinos as it regards very good dining options.

yeah seems that way to me too . I remember Harrah's KC having like 5 places (pre covid ) post Rona it went down to like 3 or 4 . that in its self could be part of the problem .
