Casinos have suites?????????????? Ocean view regular rooms at Caesars AC are nice. (Centurion Tower?) Also Bayview and Waterfront rooms at Harrahs AC. All compare okay to Ritz Carlton in Cleveland Horseshoe.

I guess I would give the edge of the nicest suites I have had in Vegas to Cosmopolitan's Wrap Around Suite mainly due to the outside balcony and view. However the Sky Suite at Mandalay Bay and the 1 bedroom suite at Mirage run a close 2nd and 3rd and I also like the Aria Panoramic Corner Suite with the city view a lot too.

Toss up between Palazzo and Wynn
Hotel 32 on top of Monte Carlo is awesome! I stayed there on my last trip to Las Vegas and was really impressed!
They beat my old favorite NYNY hands down! I'll take more pictures on my upcoming trip and post them.
Even the regular Cosmopolitan rooms are pretty nice, especially the terrace. Very nice pictures Evoni. @Evoni
The best room in Vegas that I had ever gotten was a suite at the Monte Carlo (2001). It was set up very nice! Very big with a wet bar and there was a hot tub in the middle of the living room close to big floor to ceiling windows so you can look out to see LV. Upon 1st arrival to the room there was a knock at the door and the management sent us a big basket full of different meats, crackers, and cheeses, etc.. I took my side-kick (girlfriend) with me this time. She really enjoyed it too! It was a comp'ed room because of the amount of play I had given them the year prior. This was the only trip That I had taken someone with me and had learned that I can have more fun in LV by going solo. Haha!
the BEST room i stayed at was at the Mansion at MGM. my friend's dad is a whale. 24 hour butler service, baby grand piano, private pool, steam shower, heated floors in the bathrooms. it was insane.
It was some years ago after a renovation, but the best room was a suite at Mandalay Bay. Of course it faced the airport which I loved because I got to see the planes flying to Area 51 each day.
