I bet you can! The water heater and furnace is up there, the handyman bitches every time he has to come in "why would they design something like this". The tall ceilings are the death of the electric bill that's for sure hehe
It's very "nature like" in here..haha I'm soon going to crawl under my heated blanket for the night, Ollie will join me I'm sure!

What temperature do you keep it during the summer?
Usually around 70'ish, the AC is cheap and the brick building construction keeps the cool in. (Which it does year round..hehe) The weekend is sunny and in the 50's, can't wait!
