    Still sticking with Atkins diet. Tried it earlier this year but the KC M&G killed me and I gained it all back. This time there is nothing to stop me until I hit Tahoe in June.

    3/22--259 pounds
    3/29--250 pounds -9 (-9 total)
    4/5---247 pounds -3 (-12 total)
    4/12--243 pounds -4 (-16 total)

    Goal is to get under 200

    Too lazy to exercise Trey, might have to start though if the pounds don't keep dropping off.

    Still sticking "mostly" to Atkins diet and avoiding carbs and lost a couple more pounds last week. Sharon has had flu symptoms all week and lost 5 more pounds, which is not cool because she is now down 15 pounds in five weeks and looking WAY to skinny!
