Low carb eating doesn't suck!

Ok I tried this recipe today but Mine doesn't look like their picture lol

I added mushrooms just because I like them. This was my first time eating leeks, it was ok but I could do without it. I probably would use less Dijon if I made it again because it was a little stronger flavor. Overall it was pretty good though, plenty of veggies
