    I think I have you beat. I ate an Apple Fritter! Haven't had a morning sweet since Christmas when we got them at the West Side Market in Cleveland, they are the best.

    Well I blew it tonight had one. Big salad with balsamic vinaigrette the Boston cream filled chocolate donut in an ice cream cone two scoops just keeping it real Jokers

    I made the most awesome salad tonight. Can anyone tell me if anything in here was bad, keto-wise?

    Romaine
    Spinach
    Chick peas
    Kalamata olives
    Feta cheese
    Cucumbers
    Avocado
    Hearts of palm
    Beets
    a few chicken tenders (plain)

    And I had blue cheese dressing which I’m sure killed it. But I figured it was a good effort?

    Some salads just don't cut it without the blue cheese. Sounds good to me (except for the feta, bleckkk!) but I'm no expert on keto like the others.

    Hell, we have you all beat. We had bacon cheddar burgers on big-ass brioche buns, with waffle fries. And yes, I pulled the lettuce off of the burger and did not eat it! So, do you all feel better about yourselves now?
