Day 17 food diary
Hot cup lemon water
2 servings yogurt
Grapefruit
Apple
Salad with grilled chicken and tomato
Sautéed chicken with green beans
3 cups green tea
4 bottles of water
It’s over - yay!
I will weigh myself in the morning and post my final results.
