Toe Cramp

Anyone get these? Hubs & I both do. Really more like the tendon on top of the foot cramping. Usually happens at night, often waking the sufferer up. The big toe sticks up & the tendon is very tight.

Zooms - The two things I have found that have caused this is Not drinking enough water, and lack of potassium. It is PAINFUL.. and takes a while to massage it to even get it from being completed cramped up. They (Dr's) say as we get older.. these become more frequent. I hope you find some relief.

Just eat a banana, drink some water, and call me in the morning with your address so I know where to send the bill for my doctor's fee. hhh
