Just catching up on this thread! So happy for all who are making healthy changes. Troy lost 40 pounds by cutting out carbs and eating more proteins. @Laurie Troy loves that Lose it app it kept him on track with his calorie count. @Nhcris so happy you are feeling the positive effects and wishing you continued success on your low carb diet.

The only time I have been hungry on this is when I skip a meal, or come in too far below my calorie count. Not being hungry helps avoid the junk binges. And the fact that Frank is doing it too means I could purged most of the things that are not Keto friendly. The local soup kitchen was happy!
It is fun trying new things.
