Ok jumping in...been following along for awhile and really enjoying everyone's food porn and results. I have totally changed my eating (for many reasons), tomorrow will be one month that I've been eating keto. I weighed myself on October 21st and lost 17 lbs. since being on keto since October 2. I will check my weight in another week or two, but noticing good changes. I'm not cooking fancy...just basic keto food and doing 18/6 IF right now till I get the hang of it. No fat bombs or desserts. Although I was really craving pancakes so I made them keto/sugar free syrup/peanut butter and it really hit the spot. Thank you to Chris for all the tips.
