Oh, I missed this thread earlier! @Blase, I have done a bunch of NCL cruises through their casino program, but only one through an outside casino. They have changed their program a bunch recently, but will help in any way I can. I highly recommend Alaska cruises, but I haven't done the Med so can't comment on that.
