@dvandentop the Delano plumbing issue was a humongous leak from the base of the shower -- like a river flowing all the way across the bathroom floor. Really dangerous and slippery. Theft could have been maintenance rather than housekeeping, but we'll never know. There was also super-loud EDM from next door at 7:30am...I do like that kind of music, just not while I'm trying to sleep!
@20cardmg yeah, I would describe the room decor as "oatmealy." Nice finishes, but overall kind of bland and beige and generic. Looked like the interior designer quit 2/3 of the way through the project. The lobby was cool, but I wasn't staying in the lobby.
