    It's hard to get a room there. It's small. That's why we usually end up at Harrahs hotel.

    Anyone going to Council Bluffs should go with @foamy to get a carp sandwich. Although they have bones in them and were difficult to eat, if you take your time and pick the bones out of them they are not too bad. Or you can do what @foamy does and eat them bones and all.

    This isn't gambling related, but what about farmer's markets or farm stands in the area? We usually do a weekly run to our local one but we won't be home for it and I live for local veggies and fruits in the summer. Also, can you recommend any meat markets?

    I think there is but really don't know.
