Definitely take lots of electrolytes...they really help! I take a drink of
himalayan salt, pure synergy radiance C, and cream of tartar twice a day and I also take Magnesium L- Threonate. I will have a sip of dill pickle juice and some mustard on something throughout the day. No keto flu, no headaches. Also I take biotin I use to take Vital Proteins Collagen Pweptides for a few months. Now it's just biotin and I do bone broth when I make it. Taking supplements really helped so much. I did my first egg fast and lost 5 lbs. *YAY* I came back from pigging and drinking out from New Orleans and wanted to get a jump start into weight loss and ketosis...vacationing and weight loss is soooo hard!! LOL
